Wednesday Sketch Challenge - Sketch 276

Hey, creative friend! You've made it to hump day. Why not reward yourself with a big ol' crafting session using this week's sketch? We give you permission!

Below you'll find Sketch 276. Create cards, scrapbook layouts, home decor, treat containers, mixed media, etc. using this week's sketch and be sure to link your project below for a chance at the weekly My Favorite Things Gift Voucher worth up to $20.

Join me in welcoming back the talented Betsy Veldman as our Guest Designer this month!

Let's see how Betsy interpreted this week's sketch:

Hello Friend Card by Betsy Veldman featuring Lisa Johnson Designs Fly-By Friends stamp set and the Friends, Bold Greenery, and Stitched Strip Die-namics #mftstamps

This horizontal sketch prompts Betsy to incorporate the fabulous new Stitched Strip Die-namics with a lovely cool color combination. Her treatment of the Friends Die-namics is simply stunning and the addition of pretty leaves from the Bold Greenery Die-namics makes this design sing!

The My Favorite Things Creative Team has been busy getting creative! Let's see what they have up their sleeves for Sketch 276!

Thank Mew Card by Kay Miller featuring the Build-able Bouquet and Birdie Brown Cool Cat stamp sets and Die-namics, Mini Hexagon Background stamp, and thePierced Fishtail Flags STAX, and Blueprints 1 Die-namics #mftstamps

There's not much sweeter than a kitten (from the Cool Cat stamp set) nestled among flowers created with the Build-able Bouquet stamp set and Die-namics. Kay's lovely background plays well with the line of sketch 276, and the sentiment couldn't be simpler or more perfect with her design.

Butterfly Kisses Card by Yoonsun Hur featuring Build-able Bouquet stamp set, the Lisa Johnson Designs Fly-By Friends stamp set and Die-namics, and the Basic Stitched Lines and Blueprints 28 Die-namics #mftstamps

Yoonsun uses the horizontal line of the sketch to play with the Build-able Bouquet stamp set and a variety of pretty colors. The butterfly and sentiment from the Fly-By Friends stamp set give her design the perfect finishing touch!

Foxy Forest Card by Francine Vuillème featuring the Forest Friends stamp set #mftstamps

Francine keeps her design simple with a line of repeated elements from the Forest Friends stamp set. I love how the fox on the bottom left balances with the sentiment on the top right. Stupendous design sense!

Fluttering By Card by Inge Groot featuring the Lisa Johnson Designs Fly-By Friends stamp set, and the Tree-mendous, Bold Greenery, Flutter of Butterflies - Solid, and Flutter of Butterflies - Lace Die-namics #mftstamps

Inge plays with the sketch by broadening the line and moving the flag to the left. It allows her a wonderful spot to display her delicate and lovely butterfly created with the Flutter of Butterflies Die-namics. The leaves from the Bold Greenery Die-namics set off the sweet springtime look most delightfully.

Somebunny Card by Amy Lee featuring the Birdie Brown Ewe Are the Best stamp set, the Birdie Brown Somebunny stamp set and Die-namics, and the Wonky Stitched Rectangle STAX, Rolling Hills, and Tag Builder Blueprints 4 Die-namics #mftstamps

Amy sees the line of the sketch and envisions a darling scene with the Rolling Hills Die-namics and the stamped hills from the Ewe Are the Best stamp set. It's a perfect spot for adorable bunnies to peep over the fence and the smattering of sequins draws the eye into the design.

Waving Hello Card by Barbara Anders featuring the Go Overboard stamp set, and the Radiant Sun, Puffy Clouds, Making Waves, Stitched Snow Drifts, Grassy Edges, Blueprints 25, and Lisa Johnson Designs All Heart Die-namics #mftstamps

With the Radiant Sun and Puffy Clouds in the sky, Barbara fashions a beachy scene incorporating lots of delicious die-cutting using the Grassy Edges, Stitched Snow Drifts, and Making Waves Die-namics from the bottom up. The sentiment from the Go Overboard stamp set catches the breeze and has me dreaming of summer days.
