Tips, Tutorials, & Techniques - Make Magic with the MISTI

Perhaps you've heard of the MISTI? Short for the Most Incredible Stamp Tool Invented, this tool makes stamping easy. Today we want to share one of our Tips & Tricks videos to give you a better idea of how to Make Magic with the MISTI

In today's video, Stephanie gives you a step-by-step foolproof plan for perfectly stamping a die cut image using the MISTI. Watch the video below or click here (MFT Tips & Tricks - Perfectly Stamped & Die Cut Images with the MISTI) to watch it on YouTube. Don't forget to subscribe to our YouTube channel so that you don't miss a single tutorial!

Completely revolutionary, am I right? I used to consider myself a rather average stamper, but the MISTI was a game changer. Pair it with the quality stamps, inks, and card stock from My Favorite Things, and you'll be a pro in no time flat!

This is one of the several Tips & Tricks videos you can find on our YouTube channel MFTv. You can see the other videos HERE for more awesome tutorials!

Let's take a look at a few examples of some projects that are made easier with the MISTI. As luck would have it, we carry both the original MISTI and the Mini MISTI in the MFT Boutique!

When using a two step stamp set like Flashy Florals, the MISTI makes lining up the solid and detail stamps a breeze.

If you're stamping several images on a card base like Stephanie did below using the Funky Flowers stamp set, you can arrange the stamps and ink them up all at once. What a time saver!

Creating a background with a repeated sentiment like Keisha did on the design below is made infinitely easier with the MISTI. If it doesn't stamp perfectly the first time, you can restamp and hit the exact same spot — perfect for the timid stamper!
