You've Been Spotted - April 11, 2017

Each week we see fantastic projects featuring My Favorite Things product, and we're always so thrilled to see what our customers and followers are creating!

Today, we'd like to shine the spotlight on some awesome projects that have caught our attention in another edition of You've Been Spotted

If you see your project featured, feel free to post this image on your blog and link to this post to show the world that you were spotted by My Favorite Things!

Love those colors, love the super fun design, LOVE the google eyes - obsessed with the google eyes. Jeanne has rocked Out of This World and someone is going to be so happy to discover this card is just for them.

Once, twice, three times the intergalactic awesomeness! Sharna's trio shows three incredible ways of including your galaxy backgrounds on your cards. Distress inks and oxides are just the ticket for achieving background perfection for your Space Explorer looks.

Simple, sweet, with just the right amount of interest-adding distress - those are some of the characteristics that make me adore Rowena's card! Her stark white Birdhouses pop off the vivid blue background and provide perfect contrast to her rad red birds.

Most of the time, we focus on our imagery and supplement with our sentiment but the juxtaposition of making the sentiment the focal point makes Nela's card so interesting! Positioning the furry friends from Snuggle Bunnies around the perimeter of the card panel draws your attention to the center of the card, the sentiment, even more.

I wouldn't have thought to combine Boss Babe with the canine companions in You Make My Tail Wag but guess what? It's a perfect pairing! Sandra's pencil coloring emulates the look of fur perfectly and her sketchy shadow work provides much-needed grounding for our intrepid trio.

Which design is your favorite this week? Be sure to leave these talented folks some love. And who knows? You might be spotted sometime soon!
