Welcome to another weekly Sketch Challenge!
Turn each inspiring sketch into a mini work of art to add to your stash — you could also add $50 worth of brand new MFT to your collection! Now that is a win-win.
Below you'll find Sketch 338. Create cards, scrapbook layouts, home decor, treat containers, mixed media, etc. using this week's sketch and be sure to link your project below for a chance at the weekly My Favorite Things Gift Voucher.
Joni is joining us again today with her take on our newest sketch.
Torico softened the look of the frame element in this week's sketch by adding a soft wash of watercolor and delicate scallops and stitching. The heart was interpreted as two diamonds (isn't it great how the almost rounded tops of the layered diamonds emulate an actual heart?) and the visual triangle of dots was perfectly translated into a trio of sequins.
Anna went clean, fresh, and simple with her interpretation. Adding a colorful pastel rainbow with the Radiating Rays Stencil provides all the background necessary to allow her happy fairy to shine.
You can view all the entries for last week’s challenge HERE.
Now, it's your turn. You have until Tuesday, June 27, at noon EDT to add your link and be eligible for the prize of $50 in MFT Cash to be spent in the MFT boutique. Winners are chosen at random, so everyone has a chance!
