You've Been Spotted - August 22, 2017

Each week we see fantastic projects featuring My Favorite Things product, and we're always so thrilled to see what our customers and followers are creating!

Today, we'd like to shine the spotlight on some awesome projects that have caught our attention in another edition of You've Been Spotted

If you see your project featured, feel free to post this image on your blog and link to this post to show the world that you were spotted by My Favorite Things!

Did you check out Camp Create last week? If you haven't shared your own camp projects yet, there's still time! We've seen so many incredible looks shared...we especially love seeing how you combine techniques from different challenges. In order to encourage you to earn a few badges, this week we're spotting a project submitted for each challenge — join us!

Day 1: Inlaid Made Easy

Not only did Anja work some inlaid magic with her sentiment and heart accent, she also created a die-cut pattern in a quartet of colors inspired by our recent Color Challenge - what a superb take on *both* challenges!

‎Day 2: Magnificent Masking

This pirate has an exceptionally welcoming scene to inhabit thanks to Anita's fabulous masking with the Cloud Stencil. The resist background she created with one of the supplementary images in the set is the perfect accent detail.

Ali's striking look features the Abstract Background. The geometric pattern embossed in gold is an incredible complement to the rich colors she's blended.

Just one ink - that's all it took for Rita to craft this showstopper featuring the Roses All Over Background. Sticking with a monochromatic palette takes the guesswork out of color pairing and allows you to focus on element and design choices.

Bonfire: Awesome Ombre

Nicole's pretty stitched ombre panel is such a pretty backdrop to the beary special star of the show. She loved the ombre look so much, she carried it over into her treatment of the gift box!

Jackie has used the Celebrate Die-namics to highlight the colorful pattern she created with the retired Geometric Grid Background. Using black as her card base really adds drama!
