You've Been Spotted - August 28, 2018

Each week we see fantastic projects featuring My Favorite Things product, and we're always so thrilled to see what our customers and followers are creating!

Marieke Slaats
 

Marieke used one of our weekly sketch challenges as inspiration for her card design. We love the unique backdrop she created behind her fish with masking, ink blending, and an embossed background.

Sharron Marie

Sharron created a spooktacular scene using the new Frightfully Sweet stamp set and highlighted each of her characters in circular window openings on her vertical card layout.

Ginny Harvey

Ginny created a stunning design featuring the new Painted Poppies stamp set as the focal images on her card. We love the gorgeous shade of red she used for the flowers - it's rich and vibrant and contrasts beautifully with the hunter green on the stems and leaves. 

Maria Russell

Ink blending is a great way to create a water scene on a card front. Maria used various shades of blues to create an ombre effect on her card and added birthday themed shaker element as part of her scene, complete with fish and iridescent confetti.

Yan X Diy
 

Yan created a gorgeous hand-painted landscape for her Beach Buds characters, and we are in awe of the completed design. The depth and dimension she achieved with her painting brings all of the elements to life and adds amazing realism to the entire design.
