Wednesday Sketch Challenge - Sketch 406

Welcome to another weekly Sketch Challenge!

Turn each inspiring sketch into a mini work of art to add to your stash — you could also add $50 worth of brand new MFT to your collection! Now that is a win-win.

Below you'll find Sketch 406. Create cards, scrapbook layouts, home decor, treat containers, mixed media, etc. using this week's sketch and be sure to link your project below for a chance at the weekly My Favorite Things Gift Voucher.

MFT products are encouraged, but not required. We just want to see what this week’s sketch inspires you to create! You can enter your cards for this week's challenge in the Inlinkz Link Up at the bottom of this post.

We're welcoming Erica back to the Challenge blog today with her take on this week's sketch.

Bright and colorful were the driving force behind Erica's card design for the sketch this week. We love how she made each of her scallop squares look like presents with a bit of twine and a sentiment strip layered on top. The clear sequins added to the card front add detail and dimension and really complement her overall design.

Amy created a delightful Christmas scene complete with Santa, his sleigh and his traditional greeting as the sentiment. But she didn't stop there! She then turned the finished panel into an interactive puzzle by die-cutting it with the Puzzle Die-namics - we love how she gift wrapped it in a cellophane bag to present it the recipient.

Torico used the sketch as inspiration for the circle windows she created on her card front for her adorable kittens to hang out. Five of the six circles features an outdoor scene with one of the cat images displayed proudly while the sixth circle element provides a place for her sentiment and sweet bird.
