Wednesday Sketch Challenge - Sketch 418

Welcome to another weekly Sketch Challenge!
 
Turn each inspiring sketch into a mini work of art to add to your stash — you could also add $50 worth of brand new MFT to your collection! Now that is a win-win.
 

Below you'll find Sketch 418. Create cards, scrapbook layouts, home decor, treat containers, mixed media, etc. using this week's sketch and be sure to link your project below for a chance at the weekly My Favorite Things Gift Voucher.

MFT products are encouraged, but not required. We just want to see what this week’s sketch inspires you to create! You can enter your cards for this week's challenge in the Inlinkz Link Up at the bottom of this post.

Leanne created both a vertical and a horizontal card design for this week's sketch layout. Both cards feature the adorable birds from the Tweet Friends stamp set along with a gorgeous color palette adding a springtime feel to her designs. The large die cut you works on both cards as both the negative and the positive to complete her greetings.

Rachel used the sketch as inspiration for her spring-themed card, using the layered elements for all of her stamped images. The addition of the inked clouds in the sky adds great contrast and completes her scene.

Jodi went with a love-theme on her card and used the main circle element as inspiration for the placement of her faux stitched heart. The dry embossed background adds subtle detail, keeping the focus on the black, red & white design.
