Joscelyne Cutchens, our June Guest Designer is back again bringing us her fresh designs.
Joscelyne (her friends call Joscie - that rhymes with bossy) is a bit of a crafty entrepreneur. In addition to being a mom, wife, and friend, she's also the mastermind behind Bossy Joscie Crafty Goods. She designs many creative products including flat backed flair and fun digital scrapbooking kits among other things. This girl certainly is blessed with the creative gene!
Let's look at how she interpreted this week's MFT Sketch for our weekly challenge:
Joscelyne turned the sketch 90° this week. The bouquet of balloons takes the place of the circle in the sketch, and the flag she created anchors the Happy Panda as he floats up into the sky. The Fresh Cut Grass Die-namics completes the scene showing that he is truly floating up into the sky.
The Challenge Team is at it again. Let's see how they interpreted Sketch 233!
Alice created an awesome stencil using the Abstract Cover-Up Die-namics to serve as a cool and colorful background. The simplicity of this sketch is perfect for playing with the setting for the main elements of the circle and flag.
Erin Lee gives her sentiment top billing by combining the Stars & Wishes Die-namics with the Count the Stars stamp set. She accented her design with the Lucky Stars Die-namics all set against a colorful background.
Jill made the horizontal sketch vertical. Her background becomes a fun and funky constellation by using the Count the Stars stamp set. And instead of the circle in the sketch, she features the Television Die-namics playing off the idea of the stars that appear on the small screen. Pretty rad.
Miriam's card is a direct interpretation of the sketch but what fun she had creating it! The artistic background and silly face she created using the Photo Booth Props Die-namics make for such a whimsical design perfect for the jokester in your life. And that sentiment from the Friends Like Us stamp set is just the right finishing touch. No wonder Miriam counts this set as one of her favorites! Vera shows the endless possibilities of this sketch. Card base + pretty background + floral focal point + sentiment = lovely card to send to a friend. If you have an image stamp set that you love (like Modern Blooms shown here), this sketch allows you to feature it!

Greta it was probably as crazy looking as mine when I finally figured out that Deana Boston was actually me Deana Benson when I clicked on the name to see what the card look like that won.
