Wednesday Sketch Challenge - Sketch 379

Welcome to another weekly Sketch Challenge!

Turn each inspiring sketch into a mini work of art to add to your stash — you could also add $50 worth of brand new MFT to your collection! Now that is a win-win.

Below you'll find Sketch 379. Create cards, scrapbook layouts, home decor, treat containers, mixed media, etc. using this week's sketch and be sure to link your project below for a chance at the weekly My Favorite Things Gift Voucher.

MFT products are encouraged, but not required. We just want to see what this week’s sketch inspires you to create! You can enter your cards for this week's challenge in the Inlinkz Link Up at the bottom of this post.

We're welcoming a brand new guest designer to the Challenge & Inspiration blog. Join us in extending a warm hello to Kay Miller!

Kay used the design of the sketch to lay out the landscape for the scene on her card. She added a pop of red stripes at the top to complement the rich red colors she used on her boy image and kept the rest of the card muted in color so her cute Puddle Jumper would really stand out on the card.

Amy created a colorful outdoor scene on her card and used the sketch to inspire her grassy incline for her cute turtle image. She added the sentiment strip to top rather than the bottom to balance out her design and convey her sweet message.

We love how the sketch inspired Barbara to position her tree branch slightly slanted, to hang her festive pinata from! She added a large sentiment to the top of the design while still adding a secondary sentiment under the tree branch to complete the greeting.
