MFT Color Challenge 31

We're here again with another MFT Color Challenge! Join us as we create with this autumnal color combination.

This challenge features warm fallish hues to inspire you  Hot Fudge, Steel BlueLemon Chiffon, and Persimmon.

Create cards, scrapbook layouts, home decor, treat containers, mixed media, etc. using this color combination and be sure to link your project below for a chance at a My Favorite Things Gift Voucher worth up to $20.

Your MFT Challenge & Inspiration Team is here again with six inspiring cards using this color palette. Let's see what has been going on in their creative minds.

Alice employs her signature no-line coloring with a white background to focus on the combination of hues in Color Challenge 31 that she used on the sweet apple-picking guy from the Harvest Mouse stamp set. Looks like he had a productive day at the orchard!

Erin Lee creates a cute scene set in the Precious Polaroids Die-namics with the adorable fox from the Cute Critters stamp set. Keep in mind that a sentiment can be stamped in brown rather than black!

Jill transforms the brand new Santa Suit Die-namics into an elf suit and pairs it with a hilarious sentiment using Steel Blue for fun contrast. Need an apostrophe for a grammatically correct sentiment? Get creative like Jill did! She uses mini Christmas trees from the Merry Christmas Centerpieces Die-namics. Clever!

Miriam envisions a fall scene with the color combination and creates this lovely autumnal scene using the Out on a Limb Die-namics. Steel Blue serves as the perfect neutral background for her majestic tree.

Vera's sweet scene captures our color combination with the Boutique Window Die-namics and a darling kitty from the I Knead You stamp set. To give this design a fall theme, she uses a pile of leaves from the Harvest Mouse stamp set in place of a window box filled with flowers.

Veronica chooses Steel Blue as a neutral to feature her glorious bouquet of Falling Leaves in Hot Fudge, Lemon Chiffon, and Persimmon. The added texture of the burlap gives this design a decidedly cozy feel.

  4. Beautiful work by the DT AND by everyone who's linked their cards up, so far! This was a great colour combo to work with. It did take me a little bit outside my box of usual colours, so to speak, and I enjoyed it! Thanks a lot! :D
